Łazy Municipality: six ChargeGo Pole solar stations

We supplied, installed and commissioned six free-standing e-bike charging stations for Łazy Municipality in the Silesia region of Poland. Each has its own solar panel and battery, so none of them needed a cable trench to the grid.

How the order ran

  1. 1
    EU-funded public tender
The municipality bought the stations through a public tender funded by the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme, from the Just Transition Fund.
  2. 2
Delivery and installation at six sites
The stations arrived ready-made, were anchored to foundations and commissioned on site. Power comes from the panel on the mast, so no site needed a grid connection.
  3. 3
    Training and handover
Municipal staff were trained to operate the stations. Handover took place in October 2026, within the contract deadline.
FAQ

Questions from municipalities about Pole stations

No. The station has its own solar panel and battery, so it goes where the municipality needs it: by a cycle path, a playground or a bus stop. Where mains power is nearby, the station can also be connected to the grid.
